Er selbst bezeichnet sie als einen Mix aus malerischen und grafischen Strukturen, in deren Verbindung er die vom Sichtbaren ausgelösten Emotionen vielsagend zum Ausdruck bringt, wie auch die Farbe selbst als emotionale Reaktion auf das Motiv zu verstehen ist. Hans Scheuerecker composes his paintings, which fascinate through intensity, wit, and imagination, from simple tones and vehement strokes. He himself describes them as a mix or painterly and graphic structures, which he combines to express the emotions brought forth by the visible.
